Accepting Conference Award Applications:  The ISES Diversity Committee is accepting applications from students, new researchers, scientists from Low/Lower-middle income countries and others experiencing extreme financial hardship.  ISES has established the conference awards to be able to provide financial support to these diverse populations.  Visit the website for more information The deadline to apply is April 24, 2024.  

 

The following timeline is a tentative schedule for the next round of submissions, reviews and notifications. 

March 13:  Symposium Submitters Notified of Decision
March 18:  Abstract Submissions Open
April 24:  Abstract Submissions Close
Mid-June 2024:  Abstract Submitters Notified of Decision

Below are some notes and instructions related to abstract submissions:

  • When you submit an abstract, you will be asked to identify an appropriate theme/topic that best fits your abstract.
  • You will also be asked to identify your first choice Symposium that would best fit your Abstract.  When selecting a symposium for your abstract, carefully consider the thematic focus and scope of each of the 80 symposium options that have been accepted. Ensure that your research aligns closely with the objectives and subject matter outlined in the symposium descriptions to maximize relevance and engagement.  View the submitted symposiums and their summaries.  
  • Please ensure you have received permission from the authors to submit the abstract.
